Coaching project – The Derby
This short video was recorded by myself in July 2009. A big derby in the locality!! IBT vrs Petals Education Centre. Not sure who was playing away as the atmosphere was sensational. However, the performance did not live up to expectations. Our team really needs clear tactics and discipline to be able to progress and gain popularity. We are therefore looking for young coaches that are ready to train the team next summer to make them a winning side. A tournament will be organised and the coaches will have 2 to 3 weeks to train the team.
The team has got talented players but is yet to find the right people to make the most of their abilities…Are you passionate enough to make that happen?? Click on the video below for a deeper insight.
Ps: You will notice that my filming is pretty amateurish… Hopefully, I will get better by the end of the next mission.
